About

The calm side of a competitive game.

Matt Citron of Namaste Golf, holding a club with a gloved hand.

"The most important part of golf is the six inches between your ears."

Bobby Jones

Matt Citron entered the golf industry nearly two decades ago. He coaches golf with a focus on the part of the game most lessons skip: the mental side. Based in Bobcaygeon, he works with competitive players, juniors, seniors and golfers at every level who want lower scores and a calmer game.

The approach is simple. Real instruction, paired with practical mental tools for routine, focus, temper, and pressure, so the game you bring to the course holds up when it counts.

The name is a nod to stillness in a game that punishes a busy mind.
